Solar Asset Management North America 2018
On 13 and 14 March 2018, Solarplaza will host Solar Asset Management North America. This will be the 5th edition of North America’s leading conference dedicated to the operational phase of solar plants and portfolios. Solar Asset Management is the place to be for everyone involved in the solar industry, from investors and consultants to O&M service providers. Therefore Kipp & Zonen welcomes the opportunity to participate. Will you join us for this for this key event?
From March 13 to 14
Location: San Francisco
About Solar Asset Management North America
Solar Asset Management North America focuses on the US and Canada in particular, but also welcomes participants and visitors from Europe and Asia. The event covers a variety of technical and financial topics, ranging from performance optimization to refinancing and secondary market. This year there will be more than 90 speakers, and over 500 visitors, representing leading service providers, asset/portfolio managers, IPPs, utilities, investors, developers and advisors active in the North American solar market, will be attending. This is why Solar Asset Management North America is a must-attend networking event.
What can you expect from Kipp & Zonen?
You will no doubt be familiar with the Kipp & Zonen high quality, accurate instruments for solar radiation measurement. For the solar industry we recommend our CMP and Smart SMP series pyranometers, the CHP1 and SHP1 pyrheliometers and the SOLYS sun tracker. The Smart pyranometers in particular are a perfect match for solar energy systems as these pyranometers have digital signal processing and interfaces optimized for industrial data acquisition and control systems. But that’s not all we have to offer.
DustIQ, the revolutionary soiling alert system!
You will of course be aware of the fact that soiling of solar panels has a great impact on the plant’s performance. DustIQ helps you decide when to clean your solar panels and thus maximize the performance ratio of your plant.
Kipp & Zonen has developed a new, revolutionary system to monitor soiling in real-time, based on unique Optical Soiling Measurement (OSM). This enables you to schedule a cleaning run when it is most beneficial and cost-effective.
When we launched DustIQ at Intersolar Europe last year visitors were really impressed by this smart solution, especially in comparison to traditional systems with a reference PV panel that needs to be kept clean all the time. A clear benefit of DustIQ is that it does not require any maintenance; just clean it when you clean the arrays of panels that it is monitoring.
RT1 rooftop PV monitoring system
In 2017 we developed the new smart monitoring system for rooftop PV: the RT1. Its unique design and plug-in temperature sensor make it an easy to install monitoring system for a very modest price.
Are you looking for an innovative, user-friendly and affordable all-in-one measuring solution?
In that case you might be interested in our recently developed RaZON+, the turnkey solution that provides all components of solar irradiance, such as Direct Normal (DNI), Diffuse Horizontal (DHI) and calculated Global Horizontal (GHI), as well as sunshine duration.
Particularly interesting features of RaZON+ are the maintenance free Gear Drive sun tracker and the anti-soiling Smart pyrheliometer design. For more details please check: http://www.kippzonen.com/RaZON
We ‘d love to meet you at booth 22!
Do drop by and check out the Kipp & Zonen booth (no. 22). We’ll be happy to answer your questions and help you solve your measuring problems. And please share your insights and (future) requirements with us. Your feedback is what we need to fulfill your demands and the expectations of the solar industry.
