In general these are more complex instruments for scientific research and network use and are computer controlled with sophisticated data processing software.
Atmospheric science instruments include the Brewer spectrophotometer for stratospheric Ozone and high accuracy UV measurements, scintillometers, solar monitoring stations and radiometers.
