Published: Tuesday, April 5, 2016 We would like to introduce you to Jordan Chua. He recently started his Kipp & Zonen career at the APAC office in Singapore as our new service engineer. For technical support and services in the APAC region you can now contact Jordan, whether you’re investigating what the best measurement solution is for your application, or if you have questions about installing or maintaining your Kipp & Zonen instruments.

Jordan has 10 years failure analysis experience at Micron Semiconductor. In 2013 he moved to Gaia Science as a service engineer and worked at the material science division. He handled a wide range of products such as box and tube furnaces, spin coaters, particle size analysers, microfluidic systems, metrology tools and general lab equipment.

Jordan: “I look forward to finding out everything about solar radiation and mastering the products physically and technically. Also, to gain an understanding of solar radiation data and its impact on energy generation, the environment and climate. I’m a hands-on kind of engineer and excited to be using my skills to deliver solutions of high quality for an industry that matters.”

Gene Phay, the sales office director in Singapore, is confident that Jordan's extensive experience will enable him to set a high standard for excellent customer service and professional support to our customers in the APAC region.

Besides daily service and support and running the Singapore pyranometer calibration facility, Jordan will be able to install and commission instruments and provide start-up training for our customers. Welcome to the team, Jordan!
