Overview
The WS501-J is an all-in-one weather sensor measuring wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, and integrated thermopile solar radiation. A drop-in replacement for the Lufft WS501, the WS501-J is an updated model built on the same trusted Lufft platform, reporting data every 5 seconds instead of every minute, and with upgraded ADC hardware for CMP pyranometer integration. Built for Solar PV and Meteorological Observation networks, the WS501-J delivers the irradiance data for performance-ratio calculations, with a clear upgrade path to a reference-grade external Class C irradiance sensor. Now you can measure more, maintain less with the WS501-J.
