Choose the right level of protection for your monitoring equipment
Standard Warranty
All OTT HydroMet equipment is protected by a limited factory warranty. For most products, the warranty term is two years from shipment, unless specified otherwise. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects (excluding consumables such as batteries and lamps). Depending on the timing and mode of failure, we will issue a credit/refund, send a replacement unit, or repair the failed unit.
Extended Warranty
Standardized extended warranty options for added confidence and cost control. Extend the two-year period to a total of three, four, or five years of coverage. The terms and conditions remain the same. Available for serialized equipment (sensors, loggers). Not available for consumables, cables, mounting, software, or services.
Comprehensive Coverage
Our premium offering for full peace of mind — even in the event of lightning, power surges, vandalism, or accidental damage. Available during the two-year warranty period, and also for three, four, or five total years. Available for serialized equipment. Not available for consumables, cables, mounting, software, or services.
